Book Description :

From the preface :

“ The 1st international Symposium on Differential Geometry was held in Peniscola in October, 1982, and the Proceedings were published in the lecture notes in Mathematics, no. 1045. Due to the interest raised in the mathematical community we get encouraged to continue with periodical meetings on Differential Geometry and related topics. Following this line we have decided to organize the 2nd international Symposium on Differenential Goemetry also held in Peniscola, June 2-9, 1985.
This Symposium was attended by apporoximately seventy mathematicians from all over the world. The present volume includes the texts of most of the contributions presented covering several areas of Diffeerential Geometry and related topics; like Riemannian manifolds and submanifolds, Hermitian and Kaehlerian manifolds, symplectic and contact structures, foliations and analysis on manifolds….”
